I was so pissed of the other day by a call I got telling me I'm
Behind. I know I was behind its not that I couldn't afford but been out of the states due to my work.
Well long story short a woman called telling at me telling me I owed I went off on her I know I'm past due I will pay when I want to pay. Then she told me I had late charges just added fuel to the fire. Then was put on hold and some man got on which pissed me off I didn't want to ear anything he had to say and hung up on him. I called back asking to speak with a manager and got this young man Ernest was very impressed with his customer service skills he actually let me vent and say everything I had to say and with my attitude at that point I was dropping f bombs but was impressed how he handled my issues he made me feel like he cared about what was going on.
This young man really change my thinking of silverleaf they do have atleast one person who cares. Was shocked he went the extra mile to help me and when he told me Mrs. Ethel without you there is no silverleaf.
Just his way with words was impressive and how he made me feel. I will be writing a letter to there corporate office in Dallas kudos to Ernest!!!
