Angry No Price REDUCTION! "Endless Escapes Program" owners should not and will not pay for something that is in the original purchase contract!

I also bought into the original Endless Escapes Program. It is the original program offered by Silverleaf Resorts to encourage buying a time share. Silverleaf Resorts did away with that program many years ago, thus Holiday Inn Club Vacation may have not been aware of it for a while. Once they "discovered" they have attempted to "take it away" for those of us that have it, thus their last attempt by charging a fee to us.

We need to flood the Texas AG with calls and letters, last resort, a lawsuit!!!

With the 2015 Sliverleaf buyout Holiday Inn Club Vacationโ€™s press release announced it gained 120,000 Silverleaf Owners. Since that time Mike and I have experienced maintenance fees that have more than doubled.

Our cousin and a friend let us know they have defaulted on their deeds due to the exorbitant fee hikes. If there are still 120,000 owners, across the board HCIV is receiving from Silverleaf owners at least a conservative number $120,000,000 for annual upkeep and maintenance, over and above the original purchase price of very conservative extremely low cost of $10,000 a unit (most of us paid much more) which would total more than $1,200,000,000. My contracts define bonus time as โ€œalready paid for, unused inventoryโ€. The accommodations that are made available with a bonus time program includes lodge, log cabin, lockouts, efficiency, ambassadors, chairman, and president units.

Availability is created when a regular owner is not coming for his or her owned and paid for week. The units placed in bonus time were already sold, and this attempt at double dipping for an $25 additional fee per night is repugnant. The aforementioned leads me to believe Holiday is Inn Club Vacations and Silverleaf Club should not be experiencing any hardship that would impeded free bonus time use. Their press release is below in brief...

Although their headquarters are based in Dallas, Texas, Silverleaf offers resorts in six states including Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Missouri.
