Please do not buy here because they are not truthful and the fees have gone from $50 a month to $90 a month for something you use 0-3x a year. FYI: we paid 15,000+ up front and never paid interest- another scam.

For almost $1200 dollars, you can rent near a place like Disney for little to nothing and use the $1200 on your airfare. They said we could transfer our “best” and highest priced “February Vacation” week to stay anywhere in the world because it was so sought after. Never happened. Years later, they tell you you should convert to their points offer “now” because what “you bought is really worthless for exchange value, as you’ve seen”.

The price for this is the same price for what we paid for this “worthless” -their words. Bonus time is good but now they act like they are doing us a favor by HONORING A CONTRACTUAL DEED that includes the bonus time. And they often allude to/threaten that it may not always be there. Ugh.

Definitely would never do again. I could use the $1200 in fees (+50$ a night for bonus time of Friday, Sat. , +$75 “exchange fee” to use a banked week in MY HOME RESORT DURING MY WEEK, or at another Silverleaf/OrangeLake resort that I Already pay monthly fees for. My husband told them if this is such a good deal (they new upgraded point switch) then buy our timeshare back, we don’t need it, and sell it to someone else since it’s “such a good value”.

Of course they absolutely refuse to sell their own junk back. OH! And they told us they don’t scam anyone into buying worthless weeks anymore, such “ valuable points”. While we were being told this in an owners meeting downstairs - they were trying to sell my sister one of those old “economical” red weeks, yes weeks, downstairs.

They had the nerve to act shocked!

A room full of people being scammed and they were shocked. Okay.
