In 2014 we bought a timeshare with Silverleaf Resorts at the Galveston location. A little over a year later, when we still were not able to use the resort the way it had been promised, we contacted Resort relief (a timeshare exit company).

Resort relief put our legal case in the hands of Castle Law Group. Whenever we received a letter from Silverleaf in regards to our case we would contact and speak with Castle Law Group. We had spoken to them in June of 2017. We received a letter February of 2018 from Silverleaf say we no longer had representation for our case.

30 minutes after I left a voicemail with Castle Law Group in regards to the letter I had an email from Castle Law Group saying they were no longer representing us due to a conflict with Resort relief. I contacted Resort relief and was put in contact with the owner of the company. When I spoke to the owner of Resort relief he had told me that he lost two million dollars to Castle Law Group and that if I paid him an additional fee he could transfer my case to a new lawyer. He did not want to refund my money because he says that will happen after he wins his lawsuit against Castle Law Group.

I had received a letter from sometime sharing selling company that asks me if I want to sell my Holiday Inn Galveston seaside resort week. After dealing with two companies who failed to let me know I no longer have legal representation to get out of my timeshare I'm curious to see if it happened again. I Google the address for both Holiday Inn Seaside Resort and Silverleaf seaside resort. They have the same address.

Silverleaf sold the resort. I feel like there has to be some kind of repercussion for these companies for not telling people (their customers) what is happening to there stuff that they buying/owning.

Is this possibly a class action lawsuit? I would love to hear what my options are.

None of your options are good, just like with a STD. You might try eBay.
