Silverleaf Resorts in Dallas, Texas - Signed up for 3 day VIP stay.Got a call the next day saying my stay was cancelled because I had used my life time limit. When I went online to look at my account, I was listed as a no show.

Silverleaf Resorts - Endless Escapes is gone

How can they just dismiss the owners who bought into this package with a simple letter? This is an investment we made back in the '90s! we have paid and use this until Holiday came around, now I owe for another one and fees are twice as high. why can't I request for a full refund of my investment back and give this back to them? They broke the contract and need to make it right! Holiday Inn is nicer but look at why: double the cost and took away the best benefits from owners. They need to be sued and made to refund, they should've never bought if they couldn't arrange for same package for owners that helped started the company up years ago and invested into them!

When did they take endless escape? I know our fees are now $100 a monh.

Plus they charge $75 for weekends use and the $25 a day all others. Plus the $115 deposit. That is ridiculous. We bought one of the first units ever sold way back.

I was married at the gazebo across the highway back in 89.

We are getting the shaft now since they changed owners. Over the years they have done this many times but we still had our benefits unchanged.

I would like to know what can be done to stop paying my dues without any consequences such as credit problems or lawsuits. I own my 2 Timeshares with Silverleaf in Flint, Texas.

Bought deed years ago and now I was just told about 2 weeks ago that all the Silverleaf people are being pushed out of the system and being forced to switch over to Holiday Inn program. I have asked Silverleaf and Holiday Inn to rebuy this property back but to no avail. I hired a resale company years ago and can not sell this property no matter what I do. I have contacted the Attorney General but no response from them either.

Silverleaf Resorts in Bullard, Texas - BED BUGS AT THE VILLAGE

On the normal week 35 at he The Village my girlfriend was bitten by bed bugs and had to go the emergency room for treatment. This happen the week in 2016 and 2017. We were moved to another unit but this should not happen with the high maintenance fees that I pay. On last year I requested a different unit. We don't have this problem at home and shouldn't have to deal with it when we're on vacation. The first time the emergency bill was paid and they wouldn't pay the second time. She should have be compensated for pain and suffering. A incident report was filed each time. Again this should not happen.

These new owners out of Florida is charging bonus time member nightly fees to stay there now. In out contractbots stated , its not suppose to be a fee to old members. I purchase membership in 1994. What can be done to stop this

We bought 8 year ago, and were told bonus time could be used at all resorts provided it is available at no cost Sunday-Thursday and $25 on Friday and Saturday night. Now all fees have increased. With Silverleaf the units were only available to Silverleaf owners and RCI visitors; now the rooms are being rented to individuals. We stay at Villages last weekend and our unit was infested with fleas!!!! The units are Not bring maintained with new owners, but Maintance fees went up???? They have drove us crazy trying to get more money, for upgrades! We are not happy. Please contact me to join this lawsuit!! Mwangitasha@gmail.com

Silverleaf Resorts - Why did they stop the Endless Escapes Program

We have been owners of Silverleaf since 1984 and have the original Endless Escapes Program which up until this year have been able to use. When we tried to book bonus time in March 2019 through the website we noticed a $250 charge, so I called the Holiday Inn Express number and was told they no longer have the Endless Escapes Program.. When Holiday Inn Express bought out Silverleaf we were ensured our Silverleaf benefits would not change, and we were told any grandfathered programs would continue.
