Claim they don't strong arm you into buying timeshare. Wrong--you tell them no then they get supervisor/other "customer relations' person to assist you.

Offer all these neat deals, added perks, discounted anything to get you to sign. Had to leave as I had to go to work and was told, "just take another minute". Then a second and third suit and tie show up to try and convince me to take "this really awesome deal not offered to others" and "tailored for me" based on my needs, interest and financial situation. Finally had to get nasty with them and leave.

I refuse to attend any updates as this is just a ruse to get you in to commit more money to something I personally don't use nor want.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. cajacks911 stated that there is a room for improvement of way silverleaf has over sold property in the past 5 years and pressure into buying or upgrading process. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of silverleaf resorts vacation ownership. Silverleaf Resorts needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
