This place is horrible. Not what they say they are at all.

totally sucks. Make all kind of promises and do not live up to any of them. The better business bureau needs to check this place out. Maybe surprise d about what really goes on there.

Not a good place at all. We tried to sell ours no one wants it. They lie to people about everything. Wish we never would have went to this place to begin with.

BIG RIP OFF TO ALL. JUST WANT OUR EQUITY BACK .And they can have it back.

They can mail us a check for our equity after calling everyday and demanding money. I will be waiting for the equity check in the mail

Need to get all the owners together, and file a class action suit against Silverleaf, and the new owners, Holiday Inn Vacation Club. Diamond and Diamond Plus members have been cheated out of all our benefits
