We were invited to silverleaf resort in Conroe Texas. We drove 4 hours there under the understanding it was a free 2 day trip with the opportunity to win a cruise.

When we got there, we checked in and we're put in a room with a ton of people and haggled for nearly 7 hours trying to get any penny they could out of us. Our sales person spoke broken English and said he was from Mexico and owned a presidential and showed us pictures of trips he had supposedly taken around the world. They started off trying to sell us a 50+ thousand dollar time share. After refusing for about two hours he started scribbling on paper knocking prices down and hiding the fees until he got the price to 32 thousand after he haggling us for hours more we finally gave in.

We were told our total monthly payments would be $320. When the next month rolled around the bills started coming in. We have a $90 bill for fees, $120 bill for service, and our $320 bill for ownership. What kind of *** scam is this?!

So we paid it and tried to set it up to use it. However, every time we would try there was so BS reason we couldn't get a reservation on the weeks we wanted or the resorts we wanted. So in an attempt to get the bill down without ruining our credit we made an appointment at Conroe again to prevent foreclosure and dropped down to a new share that was 16000 they claimed our notes would go down which was BS because we started getting two set of bills in for each share! Needless to say we are now filling bankruptcy.

We make $88k a year only have about 1900 in our normal bills a month but are being forced into bankruptcy because of silverleaf and the BS Scam.

IF THEY CALL DO NOT EVEN GO. THEY WILL TRY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO CRACK!!
