TERRIBLE customer service. Can't book any reservations online or through phone because no body is ever available to speak Spanish!
They never call you back unless it's to book you for their *** meetings to try and get you to upgrade. THAT department has excellent service like all sales do they call when they say they will 5-6 times a day!
Rarely use this timeshare because of the terrible service. Can't wait to transfer out of this or sell this junk.
