They lie. If they say you can get a warranty deed to break the contract it is a lie. They will say anything to get your money. Do not invest it is a crooked deal to steal your money. The units Don't increase in value and cannot be resold.

Arrived at Holiday Hills dirty sheets in front of studio. Ant trail into unit. No remote. 2 half rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Was told by office since HI took over guest have to buy their own toilet paper. AC froze up, maintenance called while we were out enjoying lunch wanting in. Tried to charge tax on pet fee!. The list goes on.
