Stole the contracts from their silverleaf customers and held their membership ransom for $30,000 and then placed holiday inn customers above silver leaf members anyway... stole all the years of money, violated contract, solicited additional money they weren't entitled and then threw out the contract all together and left silver leaf owners in the streets. Disgusting

Class action lawsuits pay the attorney on the case massive amounts and very little to the actual client who was wronged. Sue them individually because yes, you had a contract and rights, they came in and bought the owners out but your contract is still just that, a contract.

Currently they are holding silver leaf resort owners timeshares hostage with the requirement to it in the excess of the monetary value of the memebership just to achieve a lower class member ship with holiday inn.

My father is being required to pay $30,000 to keep his membership with silver leaf but will lose ten benefits of the membership as a holiday in membership places him in a lower class. SUE SUE SUE
