Been there twice over the last three months and have had the same issues each time. Spiders everywhere, no hot water until I complained several times, house-keeping not allowed to bring new towels or even toilet paper.

Landscaping looks like ***....tall grass, vines and weeds growing everywhere in the flowers and bushes. The only thing they worry about keeping nice is registration desk, the new indoor pool and the gold course. Everything else is horrible!! I am an owner and wonder where exactly my $85 a month maintenance dues go exactly!!

I go to other resorts where they cost the same or less but yet they look amazing while Silverleaf looks like ***!!
