Silverleaf Resorts in Texas City, Texas - Unfair treatment

My husband and I have been owners over 25 years. As mentioned by others we brought when we were young and now that we are older and retired they have decided to change the rules. We were given guarantees that the bonus time on endless escape would always be free. It seem so unfair for increased maintenance fees yearly since they have taken over and now charges for bonus time.

Silverleaf Resorts in Duncan, Oklahoma - Lawsuit

We bought 8 year ago, and were told bonus time could be used at all resorts provided it is available at no cost Sunday-Thursday and $25 on Friday and Saturday night. Now all fees have increased. With Silverleaf the units were only available to Silverleaf owners and RCI visitors; now the rooms are being rented to individuals. We stay at Villages last weekend and our unit was infested with fleas!!!! The units are Not bring maintained with new owners, but Maintance fees went up???? They have drove us crazy trying to get more money, for upgrades! We are not happy. Please contact me to join this lawsuit!! Mwangitasha@gmail.com
