I got suckered into this because I really wanted a free 3 days 2 nights trip to San Antonio for my family. The catch was a refundable deposit of $20 if I canceled, so she said. It was too good to be true. With all the bad reviews, I decided to cancel the appointment.

They would only refund my money if I went to the resort. I called 3 days ahead to cancel and they said it was too late because they had already purchased the tickets to San Antonio. *** liars. They had the nerve to argue back with me over my $20 deposit. Worst customer service ever!

Lesson learned. Nothing is for free. Thank goodness it was a $20 loss, instead of hundreds.

Silverleaf Resorts is a scam!!!
