My membership dues have been going up every year and I never saw any improvements in the units we stay. It started at $65 and now we are paying $84/month if there is a lawsuit please add me to it.

Same goes for me to. The dues just keep going up and up.

Seen roaches in Galveston unit and nothing done when I reported it. No up keep like they say they do on the units. So disappointed.
