Silverleaf Resorts in Northeast Dallas, Texas - I have had enough and gave my 3 timeshares back (no money owned)

Just all the calls and the demands you have to attend the meetings and you can't get anything out of the company Holiday Inn members can use Silverleaf but Silverleaf can't use Holiday Inn unless you want to spend another 20 grand or so. My Timeshares are paid for and we are turning them back in just so we don't have to put up with the BS. So 50-60 thousand in the hole and they want me to still pay maintenance fees for about another three or four months until they get paper work done.

There are multiple angles for finding a way to breach your contract if you can prove "fraudulent misrepresentation". If you are looking to strictly cancel your timeshare obligation and monetary gain (trying to sell) is not the goal, then I can provide you with some reliable and verifiable options.

There are many companies and programs in this industry that have questionable intentions so if you would like some guidance in this area, you can either reply to my email with the best contact information and I can call you directly myself or we can correspond however you are most comfortable.

My name is Victoria and I have been helping timeshare owners such as yourself for many years. Please reach out if you would like some help.

Is it legal for a company to buy timeshares and change the policies of the original contract? I recently refinance my home and another lender bought my loan, nothing changed on my contract, nothing, no additional fees or charges were added. Shouldn't the contract for...

There are multiple angles for a breach of contract for your case. It is simply a matter of proving "fraudulent misrepresentation" and I'm quite sure that there are more than one examples of this occurring during the sale process at the resort.

If you are looking to simply release your timeshare obligation, and monetary gain is not the goal (trying to sell), then I can give you further information on your options. There are many different companies and programs in this industry which have questionable intents so if you are looking for a company with honest, verifiable results then please respond to my email and I will provide more information.

You may provide the best contact information if you would like for me to call you directly. My name is Victoria.

Silverleaf Resorts - Endless Escapes is gone

How can they just dismiss the owners who bought into this package with a simple letter? This is an investment we made back in the '90s! we have paid and use this until Holiday came around, now I owe for another one and fees are twice as high. why can't I request for a full refund of my investment back and give this back to them? They broke the contract and need to make it right! Holiday Inn is nicer but look at why: double the cost and took away the best benefits from owners. They need to be sued and made to refund, they should've never bought if they couldn't arrange for same package for owners that helped started the company up years ago and invested into them!

When did they take endless escape? I know our fees are now $100 a monh.

Plus they charge $75 for weekends use and the $25 a day all others. Plus the $115 deposit. That is ridiculous. We bought one of the first units ever sold way back.

I was married at the gazebo across the highway back in 89.

We are getting the shaft now since they changed owners. Over the years they have done this many times but we still had our benefits unchanged.

Silverleaf Resorts - Why did they stop the Endless Escapes Program

We have been owners of Silverleaf since 1984 and have the original Endless Escapes Program which up until this year have been able to use. When we tried to book bonus time in March 2019 through the website we noticed a $250 charge, so I called the Holiday Inn Express number and was told they no longer have the Endless Escapes Program.. When Holiday Inn Express bought out Silverleaf we were ensured our Silverleaf benefits would not change, and we were told any grandfathered programs would continue. Please count us in with any class action law suits. MOR.DLR.2015@gmail.com Thanking you, Debbie

There is a like minded group of people considering a lawsuit at this group. You will need to prove you are not an employee of Silverleaf or HICV: https://www.facebook.com/groups/661297700670190/
