In February of this year, we came to hill country snd upgraded to 2 diamond accounts.We were invited back yesterday, June 24 2016 to hear the new Holiday Inn pitch.
Arrived friday night at 6pm and was told the not only did they not have a resv. for us but they do not even show usinthe computer. Presented green diamond club cards and tdl, still nothing. After 5 min we were told that they coulnd not accomdate us at all.
We left drove 1 hour towards houston. A relative called i askec them to go to my house and get the confirmation number off my desk. 30 min later we called the resort back and was told oh we found u, u and turn around and come vavk if you like.
If this would not affect our credit score i would have told them to stick both accounts.Horrible customer service, not impressed withthe new employees or the new Holiday Inn offers so far.
