My husband and I just became new owners for silverleaf resourts on NOV 21,2010 our first payment was on JAN 1 2011. Well we had decided to make the payments autopayments and we still get bills saying we never paid anything I called the financial department and they said to ignore all thoes bills.

Until today JAN 21 we still received thoes bills, not only that we get phone calleds. I'm tired of calling financial department and not only that we need to pay over fees.

Can anyone gives some advice what could we do or go to fix this problem. And plz don't be disrespectful if you will reply back.

Monetary Loss: $550.

“We are excited to finally have this decision behind us so we can now focus on one thing, and that is our clients. During the last 2 years they have been trying to do one thing and that is to shut us up and bankrupt us through the court system. We always felt that at the end of the day a jury would see that TAI is in the business to help people. If the timeshare industry would stop lying and sell their product honestly we would be out of business,” said Sean Austin.

“The jury’s verdict represents a victory for free speech and free enterprise, and against corporate bullying,” said Austin’s attorney, Greg Oakley of DHPM PC in a press release.

Who are you talking to in Financial Dept? Call again and ask to speak to a Manager or Supervisor.

Make a copy of your bank statement where the deduction is and offer to fax it to them proof of payment.

Another note: go to SL website and pull up your account.

It will show your payments each month. If you haven't done this you will have to register as an owner and sign in.
