My husband and I just became new owners for silverleaf resourts on NOV 21,2010 our first payment was on JAN 1 2011. Well we had decided to make the payments autopayments and we still get bills saying we never paid anything I called the financial department and they said to ignore all thoes bills.
Until today JAN 21 we still received thoes bills, not only that we get phone calleds. I'm tired of calling financial department and not only that we need to pay over fees.
Can anyone gives some advice what could we do or go to fix this problem. And plz don't be disrespectful if you will reply back.
