Silverleaf Resorts - Silverleaf's Customer Service if Horrible
We own two Silverleaf properties and have an issue of the endless escapes as everyone else does.That isn't my complaint today.
As everyone knows, Texas suffered a major disaster during Hurricane Harvey that will take years (not weeks to fix). We live in Fort Bend County, Texas next to the Brazos River and received over 4 feet of water in our home. We had flood insurance and will rebuild. We have been evacuated until about 10 days ago.
Because of all this going on, we forgot to call Silverleaf 30 days in advance that we wanted to bank our paid for week beginning on November 3. We called today and explained situation and they basically said too bad.
We cannot bank the week and are not allowed to use the week because we didn't give then 30 days notice that we planned to come.In otherwords, we paid fees for an entire year and received nothing in return.
