The "orange folks" finallly got me back on the lease i owned for since 1994.Went for an "UPDATE" tour to learn about all the changes.
They had NO information on the current account. Don't know anything about the banked time we have, couldn't find anything on the "new" family lease, or tell me who to get the info from. Just call orange, buy more..... Now the website doesn't work.
I have to re register and call everytime, spent hours calling and being put on hold. They also seem to brag about adding a million or so holiday inn folks to the system guaranteeing that the bonus time will now be inaccessible to those of us who have been members 20 + years and were promised this as a perk. They even said good luck cause its going away, you'll never get it.
Enjoy it now and you need to buy more time to use the resorts you already own but won't be able to use unless you buy more which other family members did.It's been months and still can't use this system.
