I had signed up to go up to Lee, MA. I took a vacation day from work and made plans to visit in the area (Shaker Village).

I got a confirmation number for the hotel stay and was told we were all set. Lo and behold, two days before our departure, I get a call saying that the hotel would not be able to accommodate me because it was a holiday (Veteran's Day). Didn't they know it was a holiday when I booked it? I asked how they could give me a confirmation number and then cancel.

I was told the confirmation number didn't mean anything. I did get my $99.00 credited back to my credit card and was told I would receive a $40.00 Visa card, which to this day I have not received. I guess I need to give them a call and start harassing them. To be honest, I had no intentions of buying a time share.

This was going to be a nice fall getaway in the Berkshires.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $40.
