What a BACK STABB!! Seems everything up front is annd blue skies and sunshine. Then when you decide to use your time you have soooo very dearly for, either your week is not available or extra fees are administered, to use what you've already paid for.

And try and sell the timeshare. It's easier to win the LOTTO! Your 'good deal' isin't worth the paper it's written on, to anyone except the seller who charges you up front to list the *** thing.

It's a headache that will not go away, and my advice is to plan your vacations as they come rather than try and pre-plan to a limited window of use. BUYER BEWARE!!

On July 19, 2012 it took a jury less than 45 minutes to deliberate and return a verdict of “Not Guilty” on all charges.

“We are excited to finally have this decision behind us so we can now focus on one thing, and that is our clients. During the last 2 years they have been trying to do one thing and that is to shut us up and bankrupt us through the court system. We always felt that at the end of the day a jury would see that TAI is in the business to help people. If the timeshare industry would stop lying and sell their product honestly we would be out of business,” said Sean Austin.

“The jury’s verdict represents a victory for free speech and free enterprise, and against corporate bullying,” said Austin’s attorney, Greg Oakley of DHPM PC in a press release.

When you purchased your timeshare, you were given a designated week. This is reflected in your unit number EX.

tv200-08. This means you own at the Villages unit 200 for the 8th week of the year. There is no extra fees to use that week. Bonus time is another thing.

It is "space available". It is based on owners not using their designated week. Where is the lie? Maybe you have a misunderstanding in your contract.

Owners services at the Villages has always been very understanding and has explained the system to me very well.

Remember that you purchased on week only. Anything else is a "BONUS" or added benefit.
