We were one of the first owners at Piney Shores before they even had finished building the pool. We were paying $50 a month for a while to have a down payment...

eventuallyl promised when we paid the property off the maintenance fee would never change but would be fixed. WE eventually had 3 properties we were planning to will to our kids, but went through bankruptcy and kept one one we could pay off in a short time. WE were almost done paying on it.... and we opted to move our interest in PIney Shore location we could easier use close to us...

not knowing this would cost us 10K, and when outragious bills came in that we could not pay we let the property go.... not realizing we had two properties now, and a new deed. No way we'd have bought this, being almost done with our payment on the Tyler property. When we moved to take the Piney Shore one we thought this was moving the interest...

and we sign paperwork to purge the Tyler property... we bought for the water park and we were not told we'd have to pay to use it when we bought it. OUr interest was not moved to PIniey Shores and they started billing for 2 properties ... this not agreed to do.

We thought we were getting out of the whole deal to purge the Tyler Property. But they took our interest with no thanks and are billing us on Piney Shores a new note for 10K after walking away with 80K of our investment.
