Silverleaf Resorts - The sales person lies and dont give you all the correct information about the time share, than puts in higher figures than quoted.
First we see the figures are too high, go back to cancel they come up with a cheaper category and never tell you the truth about what you get/don't get. This has been an awful experience.
When we went to presentation, they first take you to see an upgrade before sharing all the benefits of what you already brought into. The whole process is a sham. The rooms they have owners use when you go on the presentation are shameless and very old in Mass.
Their way of helping you is to sell you something higher NOT fix the problem. I will never tell anyone to buy this junk.
