signed up for a trial that would last 1 year giving us use of the grounds. We tried to book a reservation for our rv and were told that the area we wanted to go to in tyler didn't have rv access.

This was after our sales rep had told us multiple times that there was rv access at this site. We tried to cancel that day. They told us in order to cancel we had to talk to the sales rep. Sales rep said he would have it cancelled that day.

I asked him what paperwork I needed to sign and he told me it was not nesessary as it was just a trial offer. The next month we had $270 deducted out of my account. called and was told nothing was ever done by the rep. Completely lied to.

No refund offered. They wont let me use the "product" just a complete scam. Even the free stuff isn't free.

send them money to hold the reservation and they keep it and tell you there are no available dates to use your vacation.HIGH PRESSURE SALE.

We went to the presentation to the one in Tyler Texas yesterday, March 12, 2012.Looks like you posted this less than a month ago.

We were shown rv hook-ups on our tour of the grounds. There were at least 3 or 4 Rv's out there. BUT I did ask about their "sampler" and we were told you do not get to chose when you go out for the first yr I think it was. You could only go when they called and offered you weekends and then they would nly be calling you like 2 weeks in advance, which was not enough advance notice for us.

They told us that after that first year we would get a week stay at ne of their resorts.

But spending $1000 and probably not being able to use any of the weekends was not worth it.If we lived closer to a resort maybe it would have been different because they said we could use the grounds at anytime.
