My husband and I visited the hill country resort for the 4th of July week.Our room had the previous person pants left.

Told front desk no one came to get them. The ceiling fan blade in living room broke almost hit myself, bounced off the back of couch then hit the coffee table and broke my car key. The part that is used to unlock car. Made report at desk and we have NEVER heard a word from the resort.

No appology not anything.We were thinking about buying is the reason we went but after this there will be no way.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $375.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

You are SO lucky that you did not buy. Read other reviews on this site. Your issues above are minor compared to the ones you would have had after buying in to these timeshares.
