Silverleaf Resorts - Won't buy back timeshare
We have tried to give back our timeshare, but they always say they don't do that. Also, timeshares never yield what you pay for them.
Selling the timeshare is very expensive and requires upfront money. Plus not sure if you can trust the company who calls to ask you to sell your timeshare. I have been scammed before. There needs to be a better way to sell your timeshare without having to shell out hundreds of dollars up front.
Fees should be included in sales price. We are supposed to be owners of the property but never get a voice in whether or not another company can take over ownership of the property.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.

A common problem with timeshares. You pay alot to purchase but the resale is rather difficult if not impossible. If you believe it is no longer something you need or want and you cannot find a buyer then just don't make your yearly payments and let it go to foreclosure.
