Purchased a timeshare from them and I have almost paid it off. In order to move it along and be done, I have doubled the monthly payments.
At this point I should be finished yet they are calling for additional payments.
When I call requesting a breakdown of the monthly charges, they come up over $100.00 short of my payment for the last two months yet I'm still being told my payments are short.
I requested a supervisor and was denied. When I requested to speak to another representative, I was denied.
I wish I had done the research before spending my hard-earned money but it isn't too late to help someone else.
