I would like to know more about pursuing a lawsuit against silverleaf/HIVC. Was promised nothing would change by switching to the points through HIVC but was unexpectedly informed that the authorized users on my account could no longer use the resort (after a year and a half later).

And it appears that bonus time is going to get harder to use because any new units built will not be available for bonus time use.

In addition, HIVC plans to rent out the units as well, making them even less available. I had hoped to get a lot more usage out of my endless escapes by inheriting everything to my kids, but it looks more and more like they are going to have spend $$$$ our of their pockets with high maintenance fees and limited use.

I want in with the lawsuit my husband I purchased two and now they telling me I can only use 1at a time why will we buy to to only 1 at a time been with silverleaf since 2000 and they have stressed me out
