Hello All, it never ceases to amaze me how they (Holiday Inn) can consistently call owners down for upgrade information but not inform us(the pervious owners) on what they are truly trying to do. My wife and I was informed that in order for us to use the new upgrades, we would have to pay into their resort(Holiday Inn) for a cost of thousands of dollars for so many points, but let it be know, in order to use the really good stuff, it was going to cost well in the 60 to 70 thousands of dollars.

We paid cash for our deed back in 2002 and is still paying since we have to paid club (maintenance) dues. I wonder if the Holiday members pay dues!!!!!!
